On 15 November 2025, the 3rd Networking Event for Ethiopian Students and Graduates in Germany took place at Saalbau Gallus in Frankfurt am Main. Organized by Grünes Herz für Äthiopien e. V., the event was a great success and brought together more than 90 participants from across the country.
The event offered a valuable platform for students, graduates and young professionals of Ethiopian origin to network, exchange experiences and learn from each other. During inspiring talks and open discussion sessions, invited experts shared insights from their academic and professional journeys in Germany, covering topics such as study pathways, research, career development, integration and personal growth.
The invited guest speakers contributed significantly to the success of the event:
They shared their extensive professional and academic experience in fields such as medicine, life sciences, biotechnology, engineering and IT, and offered practical guidance on achieving academic success, building a career and establishing strong networks in Germany. Their authentic stories and hands-on advice encouraged many participants and demonstrated the power of community, mentorship and shared knowledge.
